Our Promise to Make Things Right

  1. Returns & Exchanges

At Legacy Brand, we are committed to providing high-quality apparel and custom artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Standard Products: You may return or exchange unused, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Customized Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom portrait T-shirts and artwork, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. 

  1. Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

  1. Refund Process If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If an exchange is requested, we will send a replacement item once the returned product is received and inspected. The customer is liable for all delivery fees for exchanges.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@leratothecreative.co.za within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  1. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

 

  1. Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders for customized items cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • Standard orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
